WriteVoice Lifetime Deal Refund Policy

Applies to: Lifetime Deal purchases only

This Refund Policy applies specifically to WriteVoice Lifetime Deal (“LTD”) purchases. For subscription refunds, see Section 8.3 of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a Lifetime Deal, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on all Lifetime Deal purchases.

• The refund window begins on the date of purchase.
• You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price within this period.
• Partial refunds are not available.
• After 30 days, all sales are final.

Include your purchase email and order number. We typically process refunds within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

2. What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

• Your lifetime license is immediately revoked. You will lose access to all premium features associated with the Lifetime Deal.
• Your account remains active. We do not delete your account upon refund. You may continue using any free features available.
• Bonus materials are yours to keep. Any guides, resources, or bonus content provided with your purchase remain yours consider it a thank-you for trying WriteVoice.

3. What “Lifetime” Means

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the WriteVoice product, not your lifetime as an individual.

Your Lifetime Deal grants you:

• Access to WriteVoice for as long as the product exists and is operational.
• Core features available at the time of your purchase.
• Reasonable updates and improvements over time.

Your Lifetime Deal does not guarantee:

• Access in perpetuity regardless of business circumstances.
• Feature parity with future subscription plans.
• Unlimited or unrestricted usage of resource-intensive features.

4. Lifetime Deal vs. Subscription Plans

The Lifetime Deal is a separate product tier. It is not equivalent to, nor does it map directly to, any monthly or annual subscription plan.

We reserve the right to:

• Introduce features exclusive to subscription plans. New premium features -especially those with significant ongoing operational costs (such as advanced AI processing, premium integrations, or high-volume usage tiers) -may be made available only to subscribers.
• Apply reasonable usage limits to Lifetime Deal accounts. To ensure service sustainability, we may implement fair-use policies for resource-intensive features. These limits will be communicated in advance.
• Modify, limit, or remove features for Lifetime Deal users if the cost of providing those features creates an unsustainable burden on our operations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and, where possible, provide alternative solutions.

The Lifetime Deal is priced as a one-time payment. Ongoing costs of AI processing, infrastructure, and third-party services are real. This clause ensures we can continue serving all users -including Lifetime Deal holders- for years to come.

5. Product Discontinuation

If WriteVoice is discontinued, acquired, or ceases operations:

• We will provide at least 30 days notice where reasonably possible before discontinuation.
• Your Lifetime Deal license will terminate upon discontinuation.
• No refunds, partial refunds, or compensation will be provided for discontinuation occurring after the 30-day refund window.

You acknowledge and accept this risk when purchasing a Lifetime Deal. Early-stage software products carry inherent uncertainty. We recommend using the 30-day trial period to evaluate whether WriteVoice meets your needs.

6. Third-Party Dependencies

WriteVoice relies on third-party services for core functionality, including but not limited to:

• Speech recognition and transcription APIs
• AI language models for rewriting and translation
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting

If a third-party provider changes pricing, terms, availability, or discontinues their service, we may need to:

• Adjust features available to Lifetime Deal users
• Implement usage limits
• Transition to alternative providers (which may affect functionality)

We are not liable for changes, degradation, or loss of functionality caused by third-party dependencies outside our control.

7. Abuse, Fraud & Refund Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or revoke refunds in cases of:

• Multiple refund requests: One refund per customer, per lifetime. If you have previously received a refund for a WriteVoice Lifetime Deal, you are not eligible for another.
• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent refund limits or obtain multiple licenses fraudulently.
• Resale or transfer: Lifetime Deal licenses are personal and non-transferable. Purchasing licenses for resale, distribution, or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
• Excessive or abusive usage: Using the service in a manner that places unreasonable burden on our systems, including but not limited to automated abuse, excessive API calls, or commercial exploitation beyond normal personal or business use.
• Fraudulent activity: Any form of deception, misrepresentation, or fraud in connection with your purchase or refund request.

We determine abuse and excessive usage at our sole discretion. Violations may result in immediate license termination without refund.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our official channels:

• Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked.
• Your account may be banned from future purchases.
• We reserve the right to contest the chargeback and pursue recovery of funds through appropriate means.
• You may be held liable for any fees, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the chargeback.

9. License Terms

Each Lifetime Deal license is:

• Personal: Granted to you as an individual or single business entity.
• Non-transferable: You may not sell, gift, assign, or transfer your license to another person or entity.
• Non-sublicensable: You may not grant others rights to use your license.
• Limited to stated devices: Your license covers iOS, Mac, and Web as stated at purchase. Future platforms may or may not be included.

One license per person. If you require multiple licenses (e.g., for team members), each must be purchased separately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your Lifetime Deal purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license (€119 or equivalent).
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

• Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
• Continued use of your Lifetime Deal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
• Refund requests are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase, provided the request is made within the 30-day refund window.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service, with exclusive jurisdiction in Berlin, Germany.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
